Meet Our Team

Dr. Mary Chatelain

Audiologist and Founder of Pinnacle Hearing

Dr. Mary Chatelain is the founder of Pinnacle Hearing, a medical facility with multiple locations delivering hearing healthcare in Arkansas for over a decade. Dr. Chatelain is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University and was part of the inaugural class in Louisiana to achieve a doctoral degree in the field of audiology. Having nurtured a clinic widely recognized for its endeavors towards community development and education, she actively supports law enforcement, first responders, educators, wildlife enthusiasts, and rural communities with the giveback initiative she created.

Having grown up in Magnolia, she understands the importance of accessible medical care in rural areas. As a result, Dr. Chatelain has established partnerships with numerous organizations and medical facilities, including Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, to bring essential services closer to these communities. Dr. Chatelain, her husband Austin, and their three children, Lily, August, and Ellen Kate, reside in Little Rock.

Dr. Mary Chatelain, a Gold Circle Audiologist, has received personalized training from Dr. Michael Santucci, the president of Sensaphonics, in addressing the hearing health and in-ear product requirements of clients in the music industry. She also possesses strong first-hand experience working with musicians and sound engineers.

Dr. Allison Mabry

Audiologist of Pinnacle Hearing

Dr. Allison Mabry is a dedicated audiologist at Pinnacle Hearing, having joined the team in 2024 after earning her doctoral degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). Originally from Lonoke, Arkansas, Dr. Mabry is committed to serving the hearing healthcare needs of residents throughout the state.

She is an active participant in the Pinnacle Hearing Giveback Program and devotes substantial time to conducting community hearing screenings. Outside of her professional role, Dr. Mabry enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Arkansas with her husband, Cole, and their dogs.

Dr. Tiffany Mckinney

Audiologist

Dr. Tiffany Mckinney joined Pinnacle Hearing in 2019 as audiologist and sees patients in both our Little Rock and Camden clinic. Dr. McKinney is a native of Arkansas and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR in May of 2011, where she was awarded the Audiology Scholar of the Year Award for 2011. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).

She has a broad background in both adult and children diagnostic audiology and has experience in fitting hearing aids for both children and adults. Tiffany has a passion for working with patients of all ages, but she especially enjoys her work with children. She participated as a clinical and research assistant during her graduate studies performing hearing evaluation, fitting hearing aids, Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR), and Speech Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing on both adults and children. Dr. Mckinney specializes in pediatric hearing evaluations and advanced hearing aid technology for adults.
